As your Buyer Agent, I have a fiduciary responsibility to look out for your best interests. Whether negotiating purchase price on your behalf, advising you on what I think the fair market value of a property you’re interested in is worth, to helping you select a Home Inspector, or the number of other things you need to consider to make an informed buying decision, I am working for you.
Conditions of Offer
Enter into a Buyer Representation Agreement (OREA form 300) with me for a minimum of 90 days. If you purchase any property be it vacant land, residential, recreational, multifamily, commercial or farm property, even if your leasing property. Any real estate deal I represent you on, you will receive on closing 20% of the commission (taxes not included) that I receive for representing you, the buyer(s) in the transaction from the Seller.
